Train for Life, Move with Purpose
Our Philosophy
We believe strength is more than muscle-deep. It’s about feeling confident, capable, and connected in your own body. Our mission is to create a welcoming space were every person, at every stage of life, can move with purpose and rediscover what it feels like to thrive. When you train with us, you’re not just joining a studio — you are joining a community that cheers you on every step of the way.

Casey Garcia
Owner - Master Pilates Instructor
Casey Garcia is a wife and mother of two young girls. She has been practicing Pilates since 2005, teaching since 2011. After a traumatic car accident at a young age she discovered a movement method that allowed her to feel strong from the center out. Pilates develops the deep stabilizers of the core leaving you ready and able to withstand the weight of life.
She studied under Mary J Brown in St. Louis, MO. Then moved to Scottsdale, AZ where she managed a studio. After gaining more experience she came home to build a practice in an area where Pilates is not as well known.
Pilates is not only her passion but also purpose. Taking a holistic approach to health & wellness Pilates is one of the 3 pillars. Move well, Eat well, Think well.
Pilates & Precision Fitness is part of a larger community, Growing Tree Resource Center where homeschool enrichment, music lessons, and more take place.
